Ana is a design strategist with practice across service, experience and emotional design. Passionate about social innovation and strategic thinking as means to develop business models out of philanthropy initiatives, Ana focuses on narrowing down the big-picture and understanding what really drives businesses and people. She is currently working as a consultant, helping companies leverage creativity into businesses. Before arriving to New York she worked as an innovation consultant for the Pediatric Care unit in the Fundación Santa fé, and as researcher for the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia. She has published two articles on same.
