In May, CATALYST will be publishing its first issue on the subject of wellbeing. In my initial research I came across this data from Gallup and the well-beingindex.com. The reports, based on telephone interviews and surveys, is pretty robust so I made an effort to distill and break it down visually into its most essential parts. From it, we can glean a lot of insight into what parts of our country need work in the wellbeing department. The most interesting thing I found was the clustering of the states with the lowest wellbeing scores in the middle of the country. What does this information tell you about the state of wellbeing in America? Click on the image to view a high res pdf.
