Infographic: A Snapshot of Global Wellbeing

Designing Wellbeing. Re-focus. Re-invent. Rejuvenate.

By Adam Zoltowsky
Issue 4 Summer 2010

This infographic depicts the current state of global wellbeing. Regions in green and yellow are thriving, while those areas in organge and red are struggling.
Based on qualitative surveys, wellbeing is measured by happiness, economic prosperity, health (physical and emotional as well as access to basic necessities) and environmental impact (including carbon footprint). Most important to note, is that wellbeing is a cumulative result of a number of factors, and cannot be measured through one aspect of life alone.
